Monthly meetings are held for our society members. At these meetings we exchange ideas, information, and enjoy each other's company.
These meetings include lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and show-and-tell. Members are able to borrow books on Bonsai and other related topics from the society library. Our experienced members very willingly share their knowledge with anyone who might have questions. We also have raffles with prizes being donated by our members. Prizes usually include young stock ("potensai" or potential bonsai), books and magazines, pots, tools and various other garden-related materials.
Our meetings are held on the third Monday of every month at the Couvelier Pavilion, Horticulture Centre of the Pacific, 505 Quayle Rd, Victoria, BC V9E 2J7 They start at 7:00 pm and usually run for a couple of hours.
